Lucas Matthew just wouldn’t have it today! At 7 days old, he was sporting an attitude and didn’t want to pose for the camera! But you can’t tell from these pictures……. we took advantage of those moments when he drifted off to a sweet slumber just long enough to snap a few pictures. Lucas was born on February 16th and weighed a whopping 8 lbs, 10 oz which is HUGE considering his mommy is so petite! (O: He must get his size from daddy’s side! Lucas had to use both of his tiny fingers to wrap them around his daddy’s big strong fingers. It was just enough to melt me to a puddle…… sigh. I absolutely love babies, I can’t get enough! Lucas was welcomed home by his big brother Gavin and his golden retriever Sandy who happened to love the extra attention today. Congratulations mom and dad! See you in a couple of months!
